Loveday Oversee Substantial Office Letting In Cirencester
Acting on behalf of private investors, Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Agents Loveday are delighted to have overseen the letting of 33 Sheep Street in Cirencester to Pegasus Planning Limited. Bradley Forbes of Loveday says “We are very pleased to have agreed terms with Pegasus, who have taken a new lease of 33 Sheep Street, a prominent 11,000 sq ft 3 storey office building with ample parking, situated in the heart of the town centre. Cirencester is a much sought after location for office occupiers, retailers, general businesses and homeowners alike. Current availability of good quality options for office occupiers is extremely limited and the location and standard of accommodation were no doubt key drivers in Pegasus’ decision to move to 33 Sheep Street.
Pegasus Planning Limited were advised by Paul Williams of Avison Young, who said “My clients were already located in Cirencester and had a lease coming to an end, they were delighted to find 33 Sheep Street which provides modern open plan office space across 3 floors in a prominent location and with an excellent parking ratio, offering an ideal base to accommodate the future growth of the business”.

Acting on behalf of private investors, commercial agents Loveday, working jointly with JLL are delighted to have concluded a sale of the Trilogy building to Nationwide Building Society. Trilogy, which totals 76,000 sq ft, comprises a prominent Headquarters office building situated on Kembrey Park and within close proximity to Swindon town centre. Bradley Forbes of Loveday says “We are delighted to have negotiated this sale, which represents the largest office disposal in Swindon for over 15 years.
This transaction means availability of offices within the town is now at an all-time low.” Giles Weir of JLL says “The continued expansion of Nationwide is welcome news for the town at the present time and is an indicator of the fact that Swindon still maintains a diverse economy. Hopefully this deal will spark some life into what has been a difficult period for the local office market and will lead to an encouraging and resurgent 2018/19.
We are already seeing increased activity levels from the corporate sector with several large requirements circulating, which is an encouraging sign.”
