Arbitration/Independent Expert
Disputes between landlords and tenants can be resolved by reference to a third party.
We are experienced in representing either party when a dispute is referred. In addition, Philip Loveday is a qualified and experienced Arbitrator and Independent Expert who is appointed by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the resolution of disputes.

We are able to direct building surveying matters to Independent Chartered Building Surveyors with whom we have worked closely for many years.

Business Rates
The cost burden of rates to a business is significant and a property’s assessment can be complex.
We are able to refer matters relating to Business Rates to RICS regulated Chartered Surveyors working in this particular field, who will give straightforward professional advice on this increasingly specialised aspect of the commercial property market.
Our approach is to provide straight forward professional advice as to whether an assessment should be appealed or not.
